Some of the shows have the option to book reservations in advance via Royal Caribbean's site. There is no cost to do this, and we recommend booking any entertainment you can in advance to avoid lines at show time. When planning your cruise, be sure to carve out time for these shows. The performances in the Royal Theater and AquaTheater are must-see events, and the ice skating show is very good as well. Considering there is no additional cost to see these shows, you will want to check them out because Royal Caribbean has put a lot of energy and talent into the performances.

Harmony of the Seas offers guest three multi-story water slides to enjoy. Known as The Perfect Storm, these slides are comprised of two racer slides and one champagne bowl slide. The slides descend three decks through a series of twists and turns over the ship’s tree-lined Central Park neighborhood 10 decks below. Harmony of the Seas is the third Oasis Class ship in Royal Caribbean's fleet, but her debut ushered in a set of new features and amenities to the Oasis Class that enhanced an already impressive cruise experience.

Another interesting feature is that their hulls have a special non-toxic covering that minimizes friction and saves fuel. Harmony OTS is the most technologically advanced and energy-efficient passenger liner ever built. Like the sisters, Harmony has telescoping funnels to be able to sail under bridges. The steel-cutting ceremony (shipyard/hull number A34) was held on September 23, 2013.
The Harmony of the Seas uses a neighborhood layout to break up large crowds across the ship, often making it feel less crowded. On one of our sea days, we wanted to try Johnny Rockets for lunch. We felt the cost was reasonable for what we got, which was an appetizer, entree, and dessert. On the last day of the cruise, I scheduled a Lyft ride for the next morning from the Galveston port to the HOU airport.

These were on May 22, 2016 (5-days / 4-nights Southampton to Rotterdam Holland) and May 27, 2016 (4-days / 3-nights Southampton to Cherbourg France). The Harmony ship spent its 2016 summer in Europe, operating 7-day roundtrips leaving from Barcelona (homeport) and Civitavecchia-Rome. The Royal Caribbean Harmony ship exceeds in size and passenger capacity the original Oasis-class vessels Oasis OTS and Allure OTS.
Grab a quick, delicious snack and get right back out there with a variety of grab-and-go favorites, including sliders, grilled cheese, pizza, taquitos, mini cupcakes and other deliciousness. Enjoy the best seat with family and friends during AquaTheater performances from your balcony. For any cruises listed, Cruise Critic does not guarantee any specific rates or prices.
Most activities are complimentary to enjoy, but a few do carry an extra cost to them. Generally speaking, there is usually a lot of events happening in or around the pools during the day. You can expect to find live music played by the pool quite often, which the bands playing reggae, classic rock and even contemporary hits.

Specialty dining costs can come in the form of cover charges (pay one fee and get all the food included) or a la carte charges (pay for only what you order). In general, specialty dining offers food and cooking styles not available elsewhere on the ship for guests that choose to indulge in them. Shopping destinations on board can be found in Central Park and the Royal Promenade, featuring a variety of name-brand, duty-free items, an art gallery plus stores for kids and teens.
Another thing to note was that apparently there was an escape room onboard in The Puzzle Break near Adventure Ocean. However, I never saw it advertised, so I believe it is closed for the time being. Both shows in the Royal Theatre, Grease and Columbus, were fabulous! The last time I was on Harmony of the Seas back in 2022, I remember being wowed by Grease so I was eager to see it again. I admired the singers, dancers, costumes, and music the entire 90-minute show. Speaking of Johnny Rockets, my friend and I often indulged ourselves with a nightly milkshake from here.
A total of 25 onboard dining options are available (14 are complimentary, including room-service). Harmony of the Seas can feel like a floating city with all the activities onboard. The ship bustles with planned events, swimming pools, sports, shows and plenty more.

Your guide to knowing what is going on and when is the Cruise Compass. Every Royal Caribbean ship offers a daily Cruise Compass, which is part newspaper and part TV Guide. It documents everything happening during that day, and it is a must-read for any guest onboard.
